We are currently recruiting for the position of Assistant/Office Administrator duties:
The tasks and responsibilities required of the Human Resources Administrator are outlined below:
Assists in the weekly processing of time and attendance records.
Responsible to organize, monitor and distributes weekly pay checks/stubs.
Aides in the scheduling and organization of complex activities such as meetings, travel, events and conferences.
Administers and monitors the benefits enrollment process for new employees.
Conducts New Hire Orientation Participates in recruitment efforts for both exempt and nonexempt personnel; helps to coordinate the use of temporary/agency employees.
Provides assistance with new employee orientation and on-boarding processes.
Assists in separation and exit interview processes.
Provides assistance with the processing and administration of Unemployment Compensation benefits.
Assists with the processing of Workers Compensation claims.
Provides assistance with organizational training and developmental efforts.
Assists with the processing and tracking of invoices and related general ledger activity.
Maintains company organization charts and employee rosters, directory.
Processes mail and makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
Files papers and documents into appropriate employee personnel files.
Responsible to perform all duties in a safe, clean and organized manner.
Participates in special projects as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The skills and requirements required for the Human Resources Administrator position are outlined below:
Bilingual in English/Spanish Required Associate degree in a business or Human Resources related field is preferred.
2-3 years of experience in an administrative or Human Resources support role preferred.
Strong written and oral communication; presentation of training materials, processing of various internal and government required documentation.
Work requires continual attention to detail in processing invoices, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:
00 am - 4:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
